This contemporary bathroom vanity starts out wide at the base, narrows in the middle, and widens once more towards the top. Its graceful shape supports an integrated glass vessel sink and countertop that counterbalance the cabinet's dark, espresso-colored wood. Gianni's relatively slender face makes room for shelving on the sides as well as central drawers. An oval mirror, truncated at top and bottom, extends Gianni's curving lines, and provides additional shelves for decorative accents or personal items.

The vanity's almost black, coffee-like color is achieved through the use of two coats of paint and a clear-coat layer for moisture protection. It is made from rubberwood, a relative newcomer to high-end furniture manufacturing that’s prized for its strength, flexibility, beautiful grain structure, and rot resistance.
