Returns without a Hassle
Are you hesitating to purchase a vanity from an Internet site? We eliminate that worry, because if you are not completely satisfied with your vanity, we will accept it back within a period of 60 days.
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 60 days after you’ve received your order. Just send us a Return Request at service@kitchenandbathwarehouse.com and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours. Or call us at our toll-free number, (800)478-2902. No returns can be processed without contacting us first.
If you are returning merchandise because it arrived damaged, does not function properly, or wasn’t what you ordered, you will not be responsible for the return shipping charges. If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., not liking the style or color), the shipping charges to and from your address will be deducted from any credit we issue you, along with the 5% non-refundable bank fee we incur for credit card processing. In no case does our liability extend beyond the actual purchase price and/or shipping costs. Nor can we accept returns on custom orders you received in working, undamaged condition, and which met your original specifications.
In order to receive a refund on the cost of your purchase, the returned items must be unused, like new, and packed (complete with all other accompanying materials) in the original shipping cartons. Any damage that occurs during return will negatively impact the amount of your credit. Refunds are issued on the credit card used for the original purchase, or paid by check if that was the initial form of payment.
Restocking FeesIf you decide to return a product that is not defective, you may be charged a restocking fee. Most companies charge a restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Please see below for restocking fees from different companies.

Reasons For Restocking Fee
- Warehouse & Administrative costs associated with processing & handling a return.
- Re-Boxing of merchandise
- Repair of packaging that is defaced with writing, marker or tape.
- Products that have missing parts, instructions or packaging materials.
- Torn or ripped manufacturer boxes.
- Scratched or damaged merchandise.
- Cost of putting merchandise back on the shelf and adding to inventory levels.
You can cancel an order or change it anytime prior to shipment — meaning that you’ve reached us while the item is still in our warehouse. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund, minus the 5% non-refundable bank fee we incur for credit card processing. If you’ve paid by check or cash, this charge won’t apply. Cancellations that are made after your order has left our facility will be treated as a return.
Damaged OrdersInspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours. This will allow us to process your refund and file a claim with the freight carrier. We may ask you to email or send us one or more photos that document the damage. We’ll also send out a replacement unit at the earliest opportunity, and give you instructions about what to do with the original item.When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property. We cannot take responsibility for damages beyond this point.
When Parts are Missing or IncorrectIf you receive your package, but find there are parts missing or incorrect pieces included, contact us at service@kitchenandbathwarehouse.com within five days of receipt of the package. Describe to us the missing part and include any pictures that might help us in processing your request. Include your order number and we will send you the replacement parts immediately.
When the Merchandise is IncorrectIf your order arrives with missing or incorrect parts, please contact us at service@kitchenandbathwarehouse.com or by phone (1-800-478-2902) asap. Have your order and model number handy and tell us what the problem is. We’ll send the replacement parts immediately, and arrange to have the incorrect merchandise shipped back to us at no charge to you.
