Is this a cabinet with a built-in mirror or a mirror with built-in shelves? Either way, you’ll have the best of both possible worlds in this wall-mounted unit whose mirrored doors conceal six shelves (three behind each door). Three additional shelves (two of glass) provide open storage and display space along one end. At the top is an overhang fitted with a 2” diameter hole for mounting a lighting fixture.

The vanity’s rich brown, almost black, coffee-like color is achieved through the use of two coats of paint and a clear-coat layer for moisture protection. It is made from solid rubberwood, a relative newcomer to high-end furniture manufacturing that’s prized for its strength, flexibility, beautiful grain structure, and rot resistance.
